Awful, awful, awful. I purchased a brand new 6 piece wood Dinning Table. Upon receiving the items in boxes and building it, 1 of the chairs in the box was broken in 3 places. The back where a person leans, the leg, and the seat of the chair was wood rotted. I took the broken chair back to Bel Furniture. When I got there I was given a return receipt that read repair or replace. I expressed that I paid for NEW furniture and should get a new chair. The delivery is absolutely ridiculous they call you and say they gonna be there in 30 minutes they don't come until two three hours later like wtf and then when you call try and tell them they're like oh well if you miss your delivery you're gonna have to pay another delivery then tell me a damn certain time if the time isn't guaranteed why not deliver within the day never again

Wish I could give it -0 stars. This place is so unprofessional. We got a 3 piece set couch and they told us we could come back in a couple days to pick it up.. we come to the back and there's this dude dressed in regular clothes with a flag hanging. Ghetto af. Then they tell us they accidentally sold our set because they didn't mark it as sold?????? So yeah we had to wait longer to receive our shit. Hello, We ordered our furniture 3/7/2021 at Bels in San Antonio, Tx our sales rep was great who we had no issues with at all. Well the store failed to contact us when our furniture arrived last week according to our sales rep. Customer service was below subpar..at any moment you feel like you dont want to buy they literally walk away from you. The rep walked away and we were not done looking. We were interested in a bedroom set but we could not purchase because he walked away came back around with another customer and didnt even acknowledge us. Sad because I fell in love with the bedroom set but not worth the time.

Don't buy furniture here you won't receive your furniture in months, the delivery crew is unprofessional. If you do buy don't buy their warranty is not worth it and not refundable. They will add it to your ticket and charge you for it without you noticing until you have paid.

The customer service at the San Antonio store is the worst !! Although the salesperson was great at his job. Once you get to customer service there is like a 90 minute wait. The female manager Lydia of the San Antonio customer service messed up and literally walked out and left the customer service in a worst position to assist customers. Very poor customer service. They charged me 25% restocking fees in items that I did not have yet, they ordered it from main store to local store, we agreed on free shipping, apparently free shipping to Belfuniture means to their store, really ? no one else I know interpret it that way, so why restocking fee if I did not even touch it ? Then if you call them they said try our furniture for 3 days you can return it full refund no question asked. The buying process was the easy part. We were warned about the long delay (due to covid) it would take for them to get our order from the warehouse to the store, and I was fine with that. It was the waiting for pick up. It was the worse. They told me one person was in front of me and ended up being 2. The first person was parked for a while when I arrived and the second customer took even longer. I don't know if they are under staffed but I do not recommend you buy from here.
