This has to be the worst furniture store I have ever done business with. Their magic phrase when you buy furniture at the store is "two weeks". More like two moths, when you get your fThey ordered the wrong rug for me, their delivery service is horrible, and their furniture is not up to the quality as it is at the store. One of their technicians who came to fix the broken furniture they delivered me, said "This is how the furniture is, I've been to bigger houses and they never complained." My first time shopping Bel Furniture. I was surprised by the quality of furniture. You get what you pay for (actually much less). They had one person loading my furniture. When I got it home and removed the furniture from the boxes, it was either scratched or broke. As I looked at the broken and/or scratched furniture, I see just how cheap this "wood" is. Doubtful I will be back.
junk is what they sell!!!! Bought a sofa set with built in recliners, sofa has a hole due to cheap made material, recliners do not stay up, and my sofa is coming apart at the seams!!!!! 2 year old furniture already going to garbage!!!! WILL NEVER, NEVER GO THERE AGAIN,,,,,NEVER!!!!!
Do not go here. Everything after purchase was a disaster...furniture weeks late..pieces missing and box taped back up. Manager told me for my inconvenience they would reorder or refund...no kidding! No apology, no compensation for their horrible service, they even tried to blame the distributor. No way it was shipped opened with the legs and the bolts for them taken out of packaging. Go without if this is the last place to get an item, it will be late, missing or damaged
The one star is only because I do like my couches however where do I even begin with the frustration and trouble this company has given my family and I.... The salesman in the furniture store was great. He did a really good job. However, their delivery sucks! They switch up their delivery hours multiple times a day, not worth the wait or hassle.
DON'T BUY FROM HERE! Like most people I was looking for a great deal. So I went to this store during their Black Friday sale. I found a bed set and I put money down on it. They used my debit card to charge my account $20 and I had about $800 on that card. The day after, luckily, I check my account to see how much I had on it. I purchased a bedroom set on black friday and was scheduled to have it delivered December 9, they called ON THE DAY of delivery to tell us it was not received in the store yet and would not be delivered. Afterwards... nothing. No call or email, NOTHING. Almost three weeks after we purchased it WE called to be told they still have not received the furniture and they don't have an estimated date. Took off from work and waited for a call on my delivery day. I didn't hear anything from them so I called. Just to discover that my items will not be delivered as they do not yet have them in stock. They don't know when they will have the items. I am currently waiting on a bed as I do not have one... So I guess another month of sleeping on the floor. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
