Price for state inspection is the same everywhere but labor and parts are very expensive. If you dont mind paying a lot, you can get the best care for your vehicle.

I took my 2015 Honda CR-V in to get the AC recharged. I was told it would take about a half hour. 45 minutes into the service I received an email from the technician saying that I was overdue for a few fluid changes. I declined to get them done because I didnt have the time. 30 minutes later my car was done and I was told that my inspection was almost expired so they went ahead and inspected my car and put a new sticker on for me. I was pleasantly surprised.
Every time we visit your service department, everyone is ready and willing to help. They go over what is needed, how we want to handle it and get the job done as quickly as possible. Great experience every time.
The original quote i signed turned out to be incorrect--price was quoted for one brake caliper only, and the service rep thought it was for both. At $598 for one (not 2), this was a significant error. The service rep. did make an adjustment with the parts department. The final bill, while higher than initially quoted, did include minor cost reduction. Availability of loaner car was a plus, as was the nice waiting room with snacks and wi-fi
From the minute you arrive until you leave with a sparkling car cleaned from winter and inspected in every way, it is a very pleasant wait in the service department. Bathrooms are very clean and coffee, water or drinks are available as well as snacks or fruit. A TV is playing softly in the background but you can read, catch up on e-mail etc. Your assigned service director keeps you up to date with what is happening while you are waiting. So I give it a 5 star evaluation without hesitation!
