Poor service. Advisor rushed
Had to wait 90 minutes for a tire rotation when I had a scheduled appointment.
I was given an estimate of wait time of 2 hours and it took 4 hours to change over my tires. No one ever contacted me during this wait. Several of the people in the wait room were complaining of the same problem. I also did not receive my car wash certificate. Worst service ever.
I went in without an appointment to get air in my tires because of the warning. I found out it was a nail in the tire. I was told it would be 1-1 hours to get it fix. After waiting nearly 2h I went to the the desk to find out they hadn't taken my car in yet. The excuse of "we are really busy" was given yet again. I explained that I too was very busy. Had I known it would take longer I would have made a different choice. They didn't charge me, a meager consolation.
The worst customer service. This was my second appointment to have my car serviced. Because the first we waited over 2 hours and our car was still not in the shop. We couldn't wait any more. We were told afternoon appointment are more busy So we made this appointment in the morning and still waited 2 hrs, for a service that took 40 minutes. Maybe if they are too busy they shouldn't over book those time slots.
Took far too long, 4 hrs. for a 1 - 1.5 hr job. Retired auto tech and knows the score. Will not come again.
Service reps did not recognize my presence even though they were not waiting on any customers. You need to have system for addressing customers as they enter the facility
You have wrong date and service performed for me. I came in on April 10, 2025. The service you show was not performed for me. Check the records.
Was getting a new wheel on. They said appointment should only take hour and a half. Was 11 o'clock and I expressed I needed to be at work at 2. 1:15 rolls around and they come out and say they can't get around braking the tire pressure system. Like you'd think they'd know that already and would have asked before now. They said should only be another 15 minutes. Was 2:10 when I left there and was over an hour late for work..
