I was told by the salesman when I purchased my vehicle, with 29,998 miles that the 30,000 mile services were done and I did not have to have it done. I was informed that they were not performed.
When dropping off the car at 10:45am, I asked how long it would take and the employee said "3 hours". I called back 5 hours later and left a voice message asking for a status update. I also texted the same question and got no answer. I drove to the facility after getting no answer to 2nd voice message that I left. When seeing them at 4PM, I was told it would be completed by 5PM and that the 3 hours mentioned earlier meant that the work would take 3 hours after it got started. Told them not to touch my tires, and they were over-inflated 10 pounds after my maintenance visit on 12/13/24.
It shouldn't take 2 hours for a scheduled oil change.
Friendly staff. Car battery kicked on lots of brake lights not battery lights. Honda battery warranty not honored. They found nothing wrong. Recharged the battery and the brake lights came back on two days later. Taking it to VIP. The battery is only 3 months old. Honda repair a complete fail.
Scheduled maintenance performed as requested, but customer service was significantly worse than previous visits. Also were not able to address calibration of lane keeping camera at this appointment.
