One star only because of the in person experience with a customer rep in ********, **. The salesperson was very helpful. We purchased a twin xl foundation, motion slim, for 249.00 July 4th 2020. It was delivered but we received no paperwork, warranty or shorter leg attachments. We called about that and were told that the company keeps the paperwork. What we found on their website was on the floor and the salesperson knew just where it was. The site said this particular store didn't have the piece on display, fortunately the site was wrong. Now waiting 4-6 weeks for delivery."

I am waiting 6 months on furniture I paid allot of money for and ********************** have not reached out to me once with a apology. I have called numerous times and been spoken too quite rudely . I will never buy from them again ... horrible customer service .

Bought a couch in October 2020 it was delayed shipment until mid January which wasnt an issue but then upon getting it we noticed after a week the frame was loose and damaged. We hadnt sat on it much the first week we had it due to work. I purchase a couch from them and have had nothing but headache, I purchased a 2000 leather couch that is in pieces all the leather is falling apart, they sold me the warranty and said it was covered for 5 years. the leather is practically falling off this junk. they said they were going to do me a favorer and replace the cushions. purchase a sectional sofa leather from ****************************************************************. 8 Months later the leather started falling a part. We went in and looked at a few different couches, we were not pressured by any sales associate, when we were about to make our decision I asked about couches with a table like center console, the associate redirected us to the couch we finally decided on.

****** and *****February 26 2021 placed an order online for a bed frame. They will not give you a delivery estimate until you give them your money. $1,479.96. Saturday, February 27 received notification of a May to June delivery date. I ordered a tv stand with an electric fireplace in it, they told me 8 to 10 weeks. It's been 10 weeks. I had to call them today, she told me another 2 weeks and to call back and check on my order. She also told me that the 5 people in the office didn't have time to email everyone about there orders. Isn't that someone's Job? They have time to answer calls but not email the customers back? This product is going to be picked up at there location, ********* I don't have to set up a delivery!"
