****** and *****February 26 2021 placed an order online for a bed frame. They will not give you a delivery estimate until you give them your money. $1,479.96. Saturday, February 27 received notification of a May to June delivery date. Not going to work not a problem COVID-19 understandable but youve had a year to get your delivery dates in order and should not be selling things and providing dates afterwards. ***** to the associate that Saturday the 27th cancel the order cancellation confirmed. I ordered a tv stand with an electric fireplace in it, they told me 8 to 10 weeks. It's been 10 weeks. I had to call them today, she told me another 2 weeks and to call back and check on my order. She also told me that the 5 people in the office didn't have time to email everyone about there orders. Isn't that someone's Job? They have time to answer calls but not email the customers back? This product is going to be picked up at there location, ********* I don't have to set up a delivery!"

Absolute worst buying experience hands down! So many problems along the way. I ordered my bed August 15 2020 and finally got it... broken on Jan 6. Terrible follow up, no communication between departments, and so much passed off to delivery company (which also was terrible). No responsibility taken anywhere.

I was a huge fan of This company till my latest issue. My sectional couch handle was broken in November. I reached out to the company and set up a tech to come see the couch. The tech comes on Jan 2nd. The company knew the issue. The tech shows up and says he needs to order the part. I cannot book an appt to fix the couch until my part arrives. It has still not arrived so we are now 4 months out and still no word on fixing this couch. I would highly recommend not using this company because the customer service has been terri... read more

Waited 5 months for a sectional to be delivered. They sent me a confirmation the day before the delivery saying the whole order was being delivered. They only sent out half of the sectional and refused to take ant responsibility. ******** communication issues and rude employees. **** away.

I wish we had never made this purchase. In July of 2020, we purchased two chairs. When they were delivered in October with so many construction flaws they had to be returned for replacements. Last week, we were notified that the replacements had finally arrived. We scheduled for delivery today. When we didnt have a delivery window, I called to confirm only to discover that they had no record of the scheduled delivery. So now we will wait another week for the replacements. 1/24/2021Buyers ******! My husband and I bought an 8 piece sectional Summer of 2019. We Were very specific about needing a very firm sectional, were told we could pay extra for additional filling material, which is what we did. ********* arrived November of 2019, by Spring of 2020 the furniture did not look like it was holding up well. Business response:

We have had a technician out once who did state that there is no defect, rather normal softening of the cushions. The back cushions are loose fill and we did order more fill for those cushions, at no charge to the customer. We also schedule for a second opinion to assess the sectional for the customer. But the customer cancelled that appointment. The additional fill is in and we can scheduled to bring that out to install.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a desk and chair online at the beginning of September. I was told my purchase would be delivered on October 26th. On October 23rd, I received an e-mail saying that my purchase would be delayed by 1-3 weeks. No big deal, I understand that delays happen. Since then, I have received 5 additional e-mails informing me that my delivery would be delayed by "1-3 weeks" or "3-5 weeks". We do apologize for the trouble. We do our best to keep our customers updated with the most recent updates we get from the factories. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of the factories. The factories are seeing delays due to decreased work force and supply chain delays. As soon as we receive the goods from the factory we will schedule delivery out to the customer.

We purchased a complete bedroom set and dining room tables and chairs from ********************************************** in February 2020. We picked up the order on February 28, 2020. The furniture was in boxes and needed assembling. Upon arriving home we unboxed and assembled the furniture. There were a couple of issues with the furniture. The first issue was that one of the bed frame side rails had only 1 end connector. It is difficult to put a bed frame together with only 3 of 4 parts that are complete. We do apologize, we have struggled with many delays from the factories. We had been notified by the factory on multiple occoassions of ship dates that either did not happen or incorrect parts were sent.
