I could not believe how smooth my refinancing process went with better. I was updated regularly on the status of my loan, notified when I had new tasks- all of which I could complete online- and then someone came out to my house to sign the final paperwork. Great set-up, helpful staff. Saving tons of money and cutting 9 years off of my loan. Highly recommend.

They were very competitive with their rates and fees. The team was always fast to answer the calls and get answers. We closed very quickly. I am highly recommending this company. Having been a loan officer for 10 years I can tell you from experience they were a great team to work with.

FAST, ACCURATE AND THE PROCESS WAS EXPLAINED THROUGHOUT THE LOAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND BETTER MORTGAGE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE VERY COMPETITIVE WHEN SEARCHING FOR THE LOWEST RATE. EVERYTHING IS DONE ONLINE, MIGHT NEED SOME COMPUTER SKILLS WHEN DOWNLOADING DOCUMENTS, BUT IT IS EXPLAIN ON WHAT IS NEEDED. THANK YOU BETTER MORTGAGE.

As a real estate broker i would highly consider using another mortgage company. I have never been involved in a transaction while at closing Better Mortgage asks for more documents from the buyer after they had already sent the closing documents and advised the buyer he was set to close. The buyer drove 6 hours to closing thinking everything ready and all he had to do was sign the loan docs. No even close. At closing they wanted his prior week's pay stub. Best 15 year mortgage rate BY FAR! Simple-to-follow web-based task-oriented process minimizes required human interaction - did everything on my own in my own time - very convenient! Had a bit of a hiccup that required a human, and she was awesome - fixed the problem right away for me. Extremely pleased.

Had a really lousy experience with Better Mortgage. The website makes it really easy to sign up and get pre-approved, but the onboarding process is hap-hazard and as a result their underwriters at the very last minute told my I couldn't qualify for my loan because of an out of state property that I was renting. Had this been brought up sooner I would have been able to mitigate it.
