Very competitive rate with lowest origination fee available. Closed my refinance in just 33 days. Everyone at Better was very helpful and it was a smooth process. I did use a different local title company that was different than the one Better offered and saved about $1,000 that way. Title is a service that you are allowed to shop for to find a lower price. Would highly recommend using Better!

Very Competitive rates and full process transparency. They were able to refinance my loan in just 20 days. Awesome service and people. Always available to respond and talk. Would definitely recommend

Received a preapproval after answering basic questions. When I was ready to submit an offer I had a consultation call with one of the agents. I mentioned I had a foreclosure 6 years ago but was removed from my credit reports a year ago. I specificially asked if this would be a problem. The agent said she'll consult with her team and get back to me. After 3 hours there was no reply. I texted the agent asking if there was any updates. Run away from these people. They cannot get their stuff straight at all. First, they mess up the closing date. They did not coordinate with the escrow company and so the notary was not scheduled when requested. Better said they would credit $200 or so for the mishap (they never did). A week after the requested signing date, the Notary herself calls to confirm an appointment (no emails or anything from Better). But the time she was confirming was not what me and my wife could do. I used Better to refinance my home loan. The loan was closed in less than 3 weeks. Everyone at Better was friendly and knowledgeable. This was the easiest, online experience. I would recommend Better which offers competitive rates and works within the Covid restrictions

I refinanced my home mortgage with Better.com They have a stellar web-based process that I found refreshingly easy to use. Their agents were all very easy to communicate with, and they were able to very quickly get back to me every step of the way. I have been through this process with a couple other big-name companies, and my experience with Better.com was "better" by far!

I used Better.com to refinance my mortgage. I used them because I read great professional reviews of them, their low fees and that it was strictly online. My process was fairly quick and easy. They came to my house on the date of closing for us to sign our paperwork. You will have to get and provide some paperwork to them, but it was just a minor inconvenience. I was always replied to quickly for any questions, comments and concerns I had. I highly recommend.

I love the online experience. Not much interaction, unless needed. You are guided through the process with automated emails, requesting documents, etc., and just my preferred way to go about it. It's an AI type of experience, but your team is always available to reach out to for help, etc., and pretty good at getting back to you. It's a rough/busy time for Refi's and New Home Loans and considering you add Covid-19 to the mix, Better.com did a phenomenal job in handling three refi's at the same time for us.
