They have lied and are false advertising. They claimed that they will beat any rate and that there are no fees. When we received our bid for a refinance. There were over $20,000 is fees that they wanted and their rate was 3.5% and everyone else was below 3%. They do not honor their advertising statements. Horrible company that is dishonest and untrusting. Do not use them unless they change.

Unfortunately they wasted a week of my time before telling me they couldn’t give me a loan because the loan amount would be too low. Communication was very poor.

I Refinanced my mortgage for a lower interest rate. I received exactly what they quoted. Communication was excellent and it was done in the amount of time stated. They were friendly and helpful. I reccomend them, and would use them again.

Better was fantastic. It was fast, convenient, and I got to choose my terms. In addition this was by far the lowest rate and best experience I have ever had in a refinance. I will say the name says it all. They really are Better. Great job to Justin, Reggie, and Dylan.

Be careful with Better.com. They will lead you to believe you will get a certain interest rate, with rebates, and will pre-approve you. But when you actually go through the process things will constantly change. I am retired. I have a deferred compensation plan that pays me for the next 15 years. They gave me pre-approval based on this. I then spent hours interacting with them, delivering documents, completing my tasks, scheduled and had an appraiser, only to find out near the end of the process that they do not accept defer... read more
