Better.com made the process very easy for me and kept the communication going. I was able to get things done on my own time and schedule. If you know how to scan documents and upload them to a website you're good to go. The different reps/agents were available to talk with me and answer questions or address any issues right when I needed them to. Very pleased and would use them again.

Amazing! This is the experience we had with Better.com; refinancing couldn’t have been any easier. We locked in our rate on 9/12 after 6pm Pacific. Our appraisal was scheduled for 9/18 with the report coming in on 9/21. We uploaded the documents asap and asked a few questions along the way. On 9/27 we changed our mind and wanted to take a lower rate. It was as simple as sending an email, it was confirmed on 9/28 without further delays. Very efficient lender. No issues at all. I have good credit and was able to provide all the documents requested. This was a very quick process. Twenty nine days from lock to close. No surprises.

Working with team at Better.com was a more pleasant transactional experience than buying my house. I was treated with respect. They were gracious with their time to ensure I understood what was happening and why. I was more knowledgeable and comfortable at every step as a result. I can’t say that I really understand the world of mortgages but it’s not because they didn’t try their best to help me. Very bad experience with them. I got pre-approval for $320,000 and based on that I got an offer accepted for a total amount of $164,000. I uploaded everything on time. At the closing date Kelsey G****** sent me an email with the following information: "I have denied your loan. You should get an email confirming the denial." No apologies, un professional way. She can tell me that from the first week if she reviewed my document on time. She kept delaying reviewing my application and ignoring my phone call for the past 4 weeks.... read more

The Team at Better were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I was super impressed with the customer service and the quick turn around to get my refi funded. The total time was about 3 week from rate lock to funding.
