I highly recommend Better.com and my loan process is so smooth and their online portal is so cool and you really don't need any paperwork just to get a pre-approval letter. I was just impressed with just getting my pre-approval letter from Better.com as it just took few minutes on their online portal, compared to local and other big banks who took long call times and submitting lot of documents just to get a pre-approval. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. Everything they needed was requested online and able to upload online. I like that it gave you status updates of where you were in the loan process. Everytime I spoke with anyone on my team they were professional and answered my question quickly! Closed my refi in under 30 days!!!

Our refi process was truly online only except for the closing. The dashboard that is used a a single point on contact throughout the process is genius. Any questions from either myself or the loan experts at Better were able to quickly and centrally handle all questions or requests. All loan doc were easily updated and uploaded.
