Would recommend! I was able to refinance my home in less than a month. Such an easy process with nearly everything done online. The only in-person event was the notary coming to my home to sign the documents before funding. Communication was also fantastic.

I wasn't sure what to expect as everyone was recommending us to use a local lender who would know the market etc., but Better was not only knowledgeable, they were also extremely transparent and, surprisingly for an internet driven company, very responsive throughout the entire application process. On top of that they had competitive rates and closing costs. I would highly recommend!

I was using Better.com to refinance my home. I supplied all documents as requested, and then was constantly asked to supply the same paperwork, after talking to them and getting this corrected and clarified I was told by them that I was already approved. Then last minute on closing day they changed their minds and denied the loan. I was told lies during the whole process and I relied on this loan and at last minute they changed their minds because I have 2 stoves.
