I went to Birch Gold because of their reputation, but not really understanding how everything works. The staff and my representative were so patient, and knowledgeable they put me at ease. Every question was answered with amazing knowledge, helpfulness and respect. And they allowed me the time to process all of the information and make the best decision for me. I have a responsible advisor who works quickly to get my transfer processed and purchase of minerals. I receive follow up calls through the process, at the end of the purchase, and a courtesy call asking about my experience.
