I contacted Birch Gold for help rolling over an old 401K to a precious metal **** I was nervous and had a lot of questions. It also took me a long time (months) to collect my information and get ready to make a decision. The Birch Gold representative was patient, knowledgeable, and seemed legitimately concerned with how I was feeling. He was willing to call back as many times and at what ever time that I needed.The experience was very pleasant and as stress free as this sort of thing an be, for a 1st time investor.

First time investing in metals. I was impressed with the communication and follow up. My wife and I rolled over two annuities, and Birch handled all the transfer aspects of the transfer. I just needed to direct the other company with instructions. The metals sales team was great to work with and explained his recommendations on what and why to purchase. The fees were within what I found to be average investigating what company to use. Would recommend.
