"Birdeye Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is a reasonable cost and has a lot of features for the cost. I feel like it does a decent amount of work for the amount we pay. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Birdeye can be a little glitchy sometimes. For examples, they have automated responses. They told us to set up multiple automated responses and Birdeye would rotate through them in order to make it seem less automated. But it seems to be posting the same automated response every time.
