    "The support is timely and relevant. I feel like help is always quickly available to me." What do you like best about Birdeye? I love being able to see all my reviews in one place. Running reports are accessible, and I love knowing at a glance who is following up on their reviews. I also like how many other avenues I can pursue and not learn antoher software.     "Birdeye has by far exceeded are expectations!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The simplicity of the platform and the breadth of reporting/features. The campaign setup is intuitive and easy to execute, and it delivers as promised. The service level has been one of the strongest for any new vendor. Birdeye is extremely helpful with filtering and organizing our businesses by location so we can track reviews, reports and insights in an easy to use fashion.
