The ease of sending campaigns to solicit feedback from our customers to tracking, monitoring and responding to patient reviews is very simple. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The format for uploading the customer list. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have gone from less than a 3.0 Google score to over 4.5. It has attracted more new customers to our business.

We have the ability to see, respond and flag reviews all within the BirdEye platform. Beyond that, we can solicite reviews, survey guest and perform quick reporting. "Birdeye Review" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is a reasonable cost and has a lot of features for the cost. I feel like it does a decent amount of work for the amount we pay. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Birdeye can be a little glitchy sometimes. For examples, they have automated responses. They told us to set up multiple automated responses and Birdeye would rotate through them in order to make it seem less automated. But it seems to be posting the same automated response every time.
