Sometimes they make changes to the features they are challenging to find. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Our clients are receiving reviews for their business that they would not usually receive if left on their own. The reviews help promote their business and obtain more clients.

I'm not too fond of the fact that we are unable to make payment request to our customers What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy all-in-one platform" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it easy to sort reviews and surveys all in one. It is easy to navigate, and the team is quick to help with any issues. I like that it has a separate algorithm that creates categories and topics based on specific keywords.
