"Birdeye is the best" What do you like best about Birdeye? Self-explanatory and pretty easy to use; it allows me to log in either from desktop or phone, all convenient. It ensures that we send a text on one push and get back a reply on it within seconds.

We are able to improve our online review presence by responding to reviews in a timely manner. Birdeye also helps us identify areas of improvement necessary at each of our locations.

I think there is a challenge with converting campaign review requests sent into actual reviews. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping an eye on our property's reputations. By looking at these numbers on a regular basis we are making sure our review ratings are improving.
