"Birdeye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The customer service is amazing. They really make it easy to get reviews. When we first signed up we also had a whole bunch of customizations take care of without charging us anymore. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We have updates to our chat and we don't always know about them till after they happen. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We were not asking our customers "how we did" and Birdeye's solution made this easy and effective. We have integrations with our website as well and overall, Birdeye is a valuable piece of our technology suite.
