"IMMEDIATE RESULTS" What do you like best about Birdeye? We tried for over a year to get customers to write reviews and got very few. After signing up with Birdeye, we had 12 new reviews in a couple weeks. We are very happy with the service. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There isn't really anything I dislike. I have not seen anything that I dislike at this point. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits are that the entire staff listens and works with us to better the product. It is an extremely easy setup process and has a very clean interface.
