"Birdeye has done AMAZING wonders for our Resort Condo Clients!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Before Birdeye, my Condo resort client got maybe 3 reviews in 2 years and two of them were 1 star. Why do only the unhappy ones take the time? We knew that really 95% of their customers loved them but we couldn't get them to write reviews on Google or Facebook. Within 48 hours of setting up our Birdeye connection we saw amazing results. "Easy to use and lots of benefits" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of sending and receiving reviews. Also the dashboard keeps you updated nicely. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The updated version of sending out campaigns is not as user friendly as the old way. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you?
