    "Birdeye has done AMAZING wonders for our Resort Condo Clients!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Before Birdeye, my Condo resort client got maybe 3 reviews in 2 years and two of them were 1 star. Why do only the unhappy ones take the time? We knew that really 95% of their customers loved them but we couldn't get them to write reviews on Google or Facebook. Within 48 hours of setting up our Birdeye connection we saw amazing results. Since we moved to BirdEye services, our customer service is more vigilant than ever. The SMS function is thier top choice, as a good number of people like me prefer to hook up through text.     "Easy to use and lots of benefits" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of sending and receiving reviews. Also the dashboard keeps you updated nicely. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The updated version of sending out campaigns is not as user friendly as the old way. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting reviews from customers and showing our strengths.

    "Birdeye has been great for our business" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like how user friendly it is and the different automations help save time. What do you dislike about Birdeye? If there was a way to personalize messages that would be great. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to keep our customer satisfaction high by quickly responding to reviews and messages.

    "Over 100 Reviews in 9 months!" What do you like best about Birdeye? We implemented BirdEye in March for three of our assets and then added several more in November. In 9 months we received over 100 5-star reviews across multiple platforms. The auto-templates and timing of the review requests work and get results. What do you dislike about Birdeye?     "Great system!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple to use and it works. When we tried implementing another system the challenge was getting employees to utilize it. Birdeye was easy to roll out and has continued to work well for us. What do you dislike about Birdeye?     "You need Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that the links are setup and ready to go once the job is complete. It's easy to use.
