Once we determined our goals and set up templates, it was so easy to automatically ask each patient to share their experience on Google or Facebook. It's very easy to use, and customer support is great. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some of the services are an additional fee (such as referral requests) and seem pricy as add-ons.
