With the number of projects we have, and the small team with which to do them, it is impossible to make sure that our store location data is accurate across dozens of websites. We also saw how many sites had inconsistent demographics on our business prior to Birdeye correcting them. We have improved our SEO as a direct result of the changes. Not receiving our monthly receipt for payment in an email. Even though we've requested it several times. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, but benefits are the ease that our customers can chat with us or send a quick message.
