"Easy to use and lots of benefits" What do you like best about Birdeye? The ease of sending and receiving reviews. Also the dashboard keeps you updated nicely. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The updated version of sending out campaigns is not as user friendly as the old way. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting reviews from customers and showing our strengths.

We are able to monitor, reply to online reviews on the dashboard, and also we can automate the online review requests with a very user-friendly platform.
