We were having a lot of unresolved software issues with the mobile app and couldn't sell our people on using the technology. We switched and everything is working seamlessly! "Very well, also good." What do you like best about Birdeye? The ability to receive reviews via API and post in Microsoft Teams. We then click on them to respond in Birdeye What do you dislike about Birdeye? Most likely the messaging system. Having to use a separate number makes it not usable for us. (But that's okay) What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Gaining reviews and making sure they all get answered!
