I wish the integration between Facebook was better. Our company was looking for a way to display our reviews on our company website and Birdeye does an excellent job of providing the right tools (Documentations, APIs, Widgets) for us to implement the easy way. It's nice to link all your Google, FB, BBB, TrustPilot and other sites all into one review management system. It is easy to reply just on BirdEye so you don't have to login to all the other accounts. "Works well for our direct Sales Company" What do you like best about Birdeye? The level of reporting all the way down to the Sales Professional level is great, and the support staff is very helpful.
