I wish the integration between Facebook was better. It's nice to link all your Google, FB, BBB, TrustPilot and other sites all into one review management system. It is easy to reply just on BirdEye so you don't have to login to all the other accounts. "Works well for our direct Sales Company" What do you like best about Birdeye? The level of reporting all the way down to the Sales Professional level is great, and the support staff is very helpful.
