"They're Great." What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple quick and robust. Everything about it is just so simple. Our staff were able to quickly send review invites to our customers and their customers are easily able to find our social media sites to leave their reviews. "Birdeye.com is very user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? The interface is great, easy to navigate, and breaks down all of the information into easy to understand reports, that I can utilize to improve my customers experience. I especially like being able to track my NPS score on a regular basis.
