The feedback gate process is incredible at helping us address negative customer experiences and getting happy customers to share about their experience online. We signed up with BirdEye this year to help mainly with Reputation Management and Chat option. We have had huge success thus far with both and are pleased with the service. The App is easy to use and allows us to respond to customers within seconds.
