Ease of use, Birdeye has a great UI that allows users to quickly navigate and act where they need to. Allows us to quickly navigate and build where instead we would normally be learning the SaaS. Client side, you never buy into a partnership to just learn how to use their specific software. It's a big turn off - we need to be empowered. I like the "Check-in" feature the best because it makes it very easy to send out reviews. People want to open a text message and be presented with all the options. "Reviews have never been easier" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the simplicity of the system for both myself and our clients. I can send clients emails and text messages with direct links to leave reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't really found anything that I dislike but if I have to say something, it would be price.
