I like the "Check-in" feature the best because it makes it very easy to send out reviews. People want to open a text message and be presented with all the options. I also really like the feature that auto-posts positive reviews on to our social media platforms. I can send clients emails and text messages with direct links to leave reviews. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't really found anything that I dislike but if I have to say something, it would be price. They almost always respond to it and their responses are overwhelmingly 5-stars. What do you dislike about Birdeye? We would like to see better integration with Service Titan. "Birdeye is saying what they will do and they will!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Facility to send and track review requests as well as click rate changes. It really is great to be able to send recommendations for various channels at like that once.
