I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Matthew Martinez. He does an amazing job and has great customer service skills. It is also great that you can send out reviews for multiple platforms at once. Further, I like the clean look and user interface, and the ease by which reviews can be sent. BirdEye does more than accumulate reviews, they gently prod us to get reviews. The implementation is kinda hard if you don't know much about IT What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We got real-time feedback from real patients. We have a boost review amount on Google after using Birdeye, which helps a lot with online presetation.
