    I just wanted to take a moment to brag on Matthew Martinez. He does an amazing job and has great customer service skills. Matthew is always willing to help and answer all of the questions our team has. He will jump on the phone and screen share without hesitation. We really enjoy working with him and the rest of the Birdeye team. Your customer service is the best!

    "Vice President" What do you like best about Birdeye? Very easy to send reviews and navigate the program. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I think it could use a few more roles/permissions. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It is a great product. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier collection of reviews from customers. More reviews.

    "User Friendly,Great Support" What do you like best about Birdeye? Our rep Zach is thorough and detailed and is easy to get a hold of. In addition, platform has the ability to track the metrics that will be most meaningful to your business. What do you dislike about Birdeye? While it is not BirdEye's fault, I wish our BirdEye ratings were the first thing that appears when our company is searched for on Google because our ratings are quite good.     "Thank God For Birdeye" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use, being able to see overall data and the ease of campaign management What do you dislike about Birdeye? Having to call BE whenever a customer leaves us a good review on the direct feedback link. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Always make sure your text campaigns are working What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to easily send review requests to customers.

    "Very good overall, with only a couple of quirks." What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of sending out review requests and tracking them, including click rates. It is also great that you can send out reviews for multiple platforms at once. Further, I like the clean look and user interface, and the ease by which reviews can be sent. I also saw that it partners with our new case management software, Clio, though have yet to integrate that in.     "Marketer/WebDev recommends BirdEye" What do you like best about Birdeye? As a marketer and web developer I feel BirdEye offers business-building features other review companies don't and when needed, their assistance is excellent. BirdEye does more than accumulate reviews, they gently prod us to get reviews.     "Satisfied medical office" What do you like best about Birdeye? It is very easy to use. You can upload your patients' data in excel format. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The implementation is kinda hard if you don't know much about IT What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We got real-time feedback from real patients. We have a boost review amount on Google after using Birdeye, which helps a lot with online presetation.
