"Love Birdeye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love that the review process is automated. Patients receive a text or email after their appointment asking how their appointment was. They have the option to leave a Google review if they have a gmail account. If not, they are taken to a microsite to leave their review. It's pretty simple. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I love how you can manage how often you are asking for reviews so that patients don't feel like we are constantly nagging them for a review.
