"Amazing and convenient tool to keep tabs on business reputation and communicate with your customers!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The convenience of seeing all your customer reviews in one place is paramount. I love how it has response templates to use for reviews when you are unsure of what to say, especially if there is a negative review. "Convenient and very user friendly" What do you like best about Birdeye? I really like that Birdeye is set up to send notifications before and after a tenant rents. The notification alerts them to do a review about their process. It's very user friendly and removes the stress from employees having to remember to send them the request.
