"Birdeye is awesome" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye makes it really easy to get reviews. We do in home work with customers and they rely on us being a reputable company. When we have hundreds of positive reviews online it helps us stand out in comparison to the competition. Potential clients and customers don't have to bounce around from site to site looking at reviews, when they're all in one place. "Review Requests Made Simple" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like being able to simply put in contact information at the top of the page on the website. It’s handy. Also, like that we can keep track of which team member has sent requests. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don’t like the fact that the text message requests don’t send automated reminders. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier to keep up with which clients have been sent requests already.
