Everyone that uses it, loves it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have many patients that leave our office using it. It lets us know how we're doing as a company and what we need to work on. It also lets everyone know how well we're doing too.

I like that the tool is really easy and straightforward to use, you can manage multiple review sources for different locations within the same platform.
