"Birdeye is AWESOME!!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love how birdeye is so simple and easy to use! What do you dislike about Birdeye? I really dont have any dislikes. Everyone that uses it, loves it! What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We have many patients that leave our office using it. It lets us know how we're doing as a company and what we need to work on. It also lets everyone know how well we're doing too.

I also love that the reviews can be linked to my website! What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing that I can think of. If anything, The support staff calls too frequently. I like that the tool is really easy and straightforward to use, you can manage multiple review sources for different locations within the same platform. I can quickly take a look at where we stand as a group practice and dive deeper by location and to the provider in our busy ophthalmic practice. Honestly not one thing. If I were being nitpicky, I’d say more templates to illicit reviews What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We had to come up with our own template for patient reviews. The benefits are the ease of use!
