What is most helpful is how bird-eye aggregates all the reviews and allows you to respond from a central dashboard. This makes my managers' lives so much easier. Truly I can't imagine being able to monitor online reviews without BirdEye - the consolidation of all the different platforms makes it so easy to feel in control of reviews/responses. We had an excellent service rep helping all the way. They helped setup our templates for email & text message reviews, walked us through all the account settings, and everything else.
