Only downside is we have multiple people attached to some areas and if one person opts out of email the entire group stops receiving emails. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are better able to isolate problems our customers are having across a large footprint. The direct feedback options is great also.

I also like how it tells me which category score was given my patient, which let me know where my office need to improve on.
