What do you dislike about Birdeye? until now i do not have any comment of dislike. It has been usefull. What is most helpful is how bird-eye aggregates all the reviews and allows you to respond from a central dashboard. This makes my managers' lives so much easier. Truly I can't imagine being able to monitor online reviews without BirdEye - the consolidation of all the different platforms makes it so easy to feel in control of reviews/responses. "Great tool for boosting reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? We love that it engages our parents after their appointments to tell us how their appointment was. We have seen a large increase in our reviews both on google and facebook which helps draw parents to our practice. We had an excellent service rep helping all the way. They helped setup our templates for email & text message reviews, walked us through all the account settings, and everything else. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Being that they’re new, there are a few undeveloped features but all of them are known about and have plans for future development.
