"A necessary tool for your business" What do you like best about Birdeye? Truly I can't imagine being able to monitor online reviews without BirdEye - the consolidation of all the different platforms makes it so easy to feel in control of reviews/responses. This is a business must. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some automatic replies would be really great to have available for quick responses. "Great tool for boosting reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? We love that it engages our parents after their appointments to tell us how their appointment was. We have seen a large increase in our reviews both on google and facebook which helps draw parents to our practice. We had an excellent service rep helping all the way. They helped setup our templates for email & text message reviews, walked us through all the account settings, and everything else. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Being that they’re new, there are a few undeveloped features but all of them are known about and have plans for future development.
