Overall it went pretty well. The only thing I wish I saw differently was the attitude of my support assistant. He seemed polite, but also superficial - as though he was only polite because he was required to. Not dissatisfied, just not completely satisfied.
I still don't completely understand the issue I had with the upload.
Support at Birdeye is outstanding. My experience has been that they don't just answer questions and take care of issues, they provide further valuable information.
We just signed up for Bird Eye's services. All of the surveys that I created were deleted by Bird Eye. They told us today that the earliest they could try to fix the issue was next Thursday. That is an entire week after our the initial issue was discovered. Nobody is responding to us via phone or email. The tickets that we have submitted on their website have disappeared as well.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 rating is I used your online system early this morning before you opened. I did not get a response and had to call the support line to resolve my issue. He was very helpful.
