I suggest you make it more clear when one signs up for the service you will auto renew the contract. Additionally the renewal should be month to month and cancellation of the contract after one year should be easy and possible without having the company say you can't be cancelled because you have a new auto renew contract.
It took a while for the issue to be looked at but once Karanvir took on the ticket it was resolved in about 90 minutes.

The problem we were experiencing was a birdeye system-wide issue, and it was resolved within the day.
I received a thorough and timely response from Customer Support. We were trying to integrate reviews from additional review sites, but these reviews cannot be automatically aggregated, which is a service we would like to see in the future. While disappointing, it was not an issue with the customer support team.
I have had to contact Birdeye support a few times this week for what turned out to be minor problems. As a new user, they have been very helpful, very friendly, incredibly quick to fix any problems, and provide links to articles so I can fix the issue next time. Very impressed. Please look up the reps that helped and give them a pat on the back for me.
I kept missing the calls for support, but the representative in charge with my case was very patient and did not give up until we got it figured out. He didn't not show any sign of annoyance or dissatisfaction with me, even though by missing his calls multiple times, I dragged the interaction out over a full week. All things considered, it was good customer service and I am happy with how it all went.
Not a good experience dealing with Birdeye. I would not recommend their services. Also, customer service is extremely poor.
