I still do not see that I am connected to Google and/or Facebook
We are still having trouble delivering the review requests by SMS to many of our patients on the contact list.
The support team helped me solve my problem of not being able to see the send review button on our screens. I did not like that I sent what my problem was, and then someone asked me how they could help me, and then I was switched to another user and they wanted to get into my screen, which while working it's not easy to just share the screen, and since it was such a small thing to fix, I feel like it would have been easier to say go to set up, click on account and there it was.
Communicated clearly and efficiently.
My experience with this practice was absolutely HORRIBLE!! They were spent more time with financial stuff then my care. The communication was not good and everything went through a portal. No test results given until you follow-up. I have chosen another practice and I absolutely love them. It took multiple attempts to get records forwarded and had to be retested.

Wrote unsolicited spam email to me. Needs to get customers through legitimate means. Reputation management company with 0 1 or 2 star views... Surprised or fake data?
The agent was very knowledgeable about Google's inner workings.
The operator that I spoke with when I called the Help Desk was extremely helpful and patient with me! She was great! Excellent service!
