I have begun using Bird Eye through Chrome vs Explorer as the page would not load after logging in, even after clearing Cache. Additionally, I wish I were easily able to navigate the site and find exactly what clients were sent bird eye requests/what date/and be able to re-send them manually at any point.
Chat support was unable to solve my problem, but phone support understood me and walked me quickly through to a solution.
