The help I've gotten is always willing and kind but I am still incredibly frustrated with the our office no longer getting reviews from our patients since the new Google guidelines have changed. I literally have had no reviews this month. :(
The problem was solved in a timely manner. It was very hard to understand customer support because of their inability to speak English clearly...
Disappointed. Their sales team is amazing, wanted to love it, great idea, but needs improvement.
The only thing different is that I would have liked to have gotten an exact copy of the SMS message used in our campaign.
I appreciated Deepika's persistence in helping us get our logo sizing for SMS messages adjusted. it was a long process, so I was grateful that she didn't give up.
