Sub par customer service. Our account was mistakenly cancelled, once they reinstated it we had problems. We promised resolution on 3 different occasions by support, each time I would be called back the next day and told they could not provide the resolution they promised because I was working with someone who 'didn't know anything about the service they were talking about'. This company let anyone put a review on a business without checking the facts. Then is shows a honest company as a bad review. And then when you try to explain , what your company is and the type of merchandise sell. . They want to give you a run around. This company should check the facts out before letting anyone put a bad review on them
BirdEye just charged $3900.00 on my credit card without my authorization BEWARE if you signed up for BirdEye they have a automatic renewal in the fine print and it's more than triple the price. What a sneaky way to rip off businesses from a company that is in the reputation management business. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER !!!
We were contacted by Bird Eye about possibly using your services. To my surprise, my hotel was rated 3 stars which has now damaged our reputation. I have asked that the review be removed but have not yet gotten a response. I ask that the review of Snooze Hotel be removed as no one from your company has stayed at my property.
acts like I am going to start a trial but just takes myu info then says they will call me. i didnt ask for a call i asked for a free trial like you offered. very deceitful
Birdeye cost me tens thousands of dollars from my dental practice. I had many reviews already, they failed to catch something with a google algorithm that set us way back, and like I said set us way back. Birdeye offered $100 through Legwork that selected Birdeye. I offered thousands for them just to restore the reviews I had already accumulated. "Too bad, so sad" kind of response.
Im totally disappointed from this company..its making fool to employees & customer..
We've used birdeye for years and suddenly they lost all reviews place for two months between July 2017 and October 2017. The reviews disappeared due to a problem with birdeye's platform. They have told me the reviews may not be put back. Reviews are very hard to get to have them just go missing.
I lost approximately 31 of the 60 reviews that my Clients graciously left for my legal practice. Birdeye advised me that it was a "technical" issue that was now resolved. Although the issue may have been resolved going forward, Birdeye was not able to recapture the lost reviews, and suggested that I undertake a campaign to request new reviews from those Clients whose reviews were lost.
