I scheduled an appointment to get a new tire for my 2014 328i. I was helped right away and given a loaner car for the night. The next morning my car was washed and ready with the new tire.

We were in the market for a specific model in a specific color,a 340 I in dark gray. We did some research as far as price and the availability of the vehicle we were looking at. Knowing what the sticker price on the car was based on the internet price on Chapman's website.
