They make transactions painless, form Renate Steinbach, to Alexander Smith, Jaclyn Weiser in financial services, to Haleigh Birmingham furnishing "genius services." Over time, we have picked up a 335, 535, 328d and a 340 there . It's always been smooth sailing.
Service advisor Jacob is excellent. Car wasn't finished as they had to order a part from Germany. That was a disapointment as I have made a second appointment. In addition they do not have our replacement air bags. So we somewhat tenuous about using the bmw.
Low stress,no pressure car buying experience. Very happy with my car and the price. My salesman was courteous and very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Great experience. Mechanics need to be more careful about car cleanliness. Service advisor Jacob is great. Everything went on time. Loaner was clean and new.
