Service advisor Jacob is excellent. Car wasn't finished as they had to order a part from Germany. That was a disapointment as I have made a second appointment. In addition they do not have our replacement air bags. So we somewhat tenuous about using the bmw.

Mr. Hamm, I apologize we had to order the part for your car from Germany but unfortunately there were not any available in the U.S to procure otherwise we would have. As far as your airbag is concerned although BMW has not had an incident where the airbag has injured anyone as some of the other manufacturers have they are replacing them as fast as the parts become available. Great experience. Mechanics need to be more careful about car cleanliness. Service advisor Jacob is great. Everything went on time. Loaner was clean and new.
