Having been a long time loyalist to Acura, I wanted to try something new. While some may opt for the plunge, I decided to dip my toe in and try out a CPO BMW. Working with my client advisor, Travis Tinney made the process smooth and easy. He worked with us every step of the way...even when I wanted to try out a 4-series located at their other location. He got it sent over and really provided a great customer experience!
mark staszewski is consistently a professional service advisor. describes service needed + what service is necessary in future so i can budget . i have called mark several times with regarding car issues, most often i think something is broke, but its just i dont know how it works, ex: car handle i thought it was broke, no, somehow child lock was on, etc.
Tony DiSalvo is a professional and courteous service advisor. All work was explained in detail. Work was completed on time. Process of obtaining courtesy vehicle is quick and easy. Overall service was excellent and would highly recommend Tony.
I have owned Lexus, Mercedes and Audi, but the service level I got from my Client Advisor, Travis Tinney, his Sales manager Bob and Jaclyn in Finance, was the best I've ever received! From the moment I stepped on to the lot until I drove away in my new BMW, I found helpful and knowledgeable staff at every turn. In particular, my salesperson (Alexander Smith) was quick to understand what I was looking for, took the time to educate me about the various products, and provided me with several options to consider. Kris was very helpful at setting a date for service work that fit my schedule and he got me in, got the work done and got me out. Very efficient and good service and nice wash job when I picked it up.

One could cynically conclude that a high end dealer might exploit the mechanical ignorance of its customers knowing that their field of expertise does not include the machinations of their automobiles. May I take the opportunity to inform the rest of you that I was exquisitely disabused of that notion. My 335i developed some issues after it was loaned to a family member and required a trip to the service department.
