Having been a long time loyalist to Acura, I wanted to try something new. While some may opt for the plunge, I decided to dip my toe in and try out a CPO BMW. Working with my client advisor, Travis Tinney made the process smooth and easy. He worked with us every step of the way...even when I wanted to try out a 4-series located at their other location. He got it sent over and really provided a great customer experience!

mark staszewski is consistently a professional service advisor. describes service needed + what service is necessary in future so i can budget . i have called mark several times with regarding car issues, most often i think something is broke, but its just i dont know how it works, ex: car handle i thought it was broke, no, somehow child lock was on, etc.

From the moment I stepped on to the lot until I drove away in my new BMW, I found helpful and knowledgeable staff at every turn. One could cynically conclude that a high end dealer might exploit the mechanical ignorance of its customers knowing that their field of expertise does not include the machinations of their automobiles. May I take the opportunity to inform the rest of you that I was exquisitely disabused of that notion. My 335i developed some issues after it was loaned to a family member and required a trip to the service department.
