I brought my car in for a regular service, and they went above and beyond. They installed a missing emblem and corrected a couple issues without charging. Andrew was concerned about my needs and took care of them for me. I will always return to Andrew and Chapman BMW.

Tony explained how my car would be repaired and how long the process would take. My car is good as new. Tony knew it was due for an oil change so they took care of that too.
My check engine light popped up one morning so I drove the the dealer without and appointment. As I pulled in my name was on the monitor and Mike was ready to help me. He was friendly and didn't make a big deal out of not having an appointment. He was able to get my other condition based service done at the same time as well as put me into a loaner for the time being. Great service.

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by two very nice ladies at the front desk who asked what car i wanted to see and was getting some info when alexander walked up. We went to go find the car i had seen online, well we realized the car i had seen was in phoenix, not this location. I recently moved to this area and was ready to head out for a road trip, when I discovered a warning light in my X3. I called Service and had the good fortune of speaking with Jacob. I told him my situation, and he was able to make an appointment for servicing that very day. I was provided a loaner while our car was being serviced.
