Every time I have had to visit over the last 6 years. My advisor Andy Rummell goes over all concerning issues I have, calls with finds and updates. Loaner car always available if needed. Last visit he said he needed my car over the weekend. Called me late Friday afternoon said work was completed. He has always gone above and beyond.

I have been coming to Chapman BMW Chandler for over seven years now. David Pence has been assisting me for almost that long. He is always very personable and explains quite well the mechanics behind the problem. The service is always very efficient. David is helpful by working around my schedule and always making sure I have a loaner. I love when I return after the service is complete and my car is sitting there nice and shiny and clean.
