I visited Rob Collins two times before I made a purchase on my third visit... Casey BMW does not push you to buy a vehicle right then and there like most places, they give you time, information and a feeling like your needs are their number one priority, not the companies... Once I decided to buy, the support was amazing and it seemed the entire staff was helping out to get me exactly what I wanted... My husband and I were both very impressed with the Casey dealership. Their friendliness and great service quickly won us over. Duncan was amazing. His no pressure sales approach was just what we were looking for. We will come back again and again!

The decision to spend >$40,000 on a car is not one that I wanted to be hurried or feel pressured to make before I gathered as many inputs as I could. Christina was very patient and most helpful during each of my 3 visits and even arranged for an overnight test drive to better appreciate the car. Wayne Heath was extremely helpful and really was working for us "The Customer" Had a little trouble with some DMV paperwork which made our time there last a little longer than needed. Overall had a "Great Experience"

I live out of town and I was able to work with Joe and Lloyd to find the car I want. They spent countless hours working with me to be sure that I was satisfied all the way around. Definitely recommend Casey BMW.

Overall I had a great experience at Casey BMW. My client adviser was very knowledge and courteous. Store was clean and had a descent inventory.

Duncan Sullivan was friendly and was very knowledgable about the car buying process. His attitude and low pressure tactics made us feel very comfortable. The dealership as a whole went out of the way to assist us in registering our car in my home state. Financing was simple and painless. I spoke with other salesmen in the Casey Auto Group but none were as nice, knowledgable, and eager to help as those gentlmen at Casey BMW. We let Rob know that we were interested in purchasing a preowned vehicle but didn't have much time to search for ourselves... He kept a look out for us and called whenever something matched our needs. In just a couple of weeks, we were in our new Honda CRV and love it!! Thank you!
